The guild is now on a summer break from general meetings; however we are still very busy with planning and events.  Be sure and check the "Upcoming Events" to see what's happening.

We’re always excited to meet new people in the guild community. Guests are welcome at any meeting with no registration needed and may attend up to two meetings at no cost before joining. Feel free to bring your spinning, knitting, or any fiber project you’d like to work on or get help with and settle into the circle.

Please Note - starting in August, the meetings will be held at the Community Center on Ivy St.

The Aurora Colony Handspinners strives to be a welcoming venue for all who attend and participate in our guild and its events. Our mission is to promote awareness of the art and craft of hand spinning in the community at large, and to give spinners an opportunity to share, learn, educate and study. We will accomplish this mission with a caring attitude, and we expect and encourage everyone to be kind and respectful in their intentions with each other.
