ACHG Holiday Party!
Date: Thursday, December 5, 2019 Place: Canby Methodist Church Time: 5:30 to 6:30 Social Hour
6:30 Dinner, followed by gift exchange

What’s New?
● This year, the Guild will provide Turkey and Gravy. Please bring your favorite holiday dish to share for the potluck buffet. Choose to contribute:
○ an appetizer for social hour
○ a main or side dish for dinner
○ dessert.
● The Guild will provide punch, water, tea and coffee. You may also bring a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. (The church has a "no alcohol" policy.)
● Dinnerware and utensils will be provided through the church, or bring your own as in the past.
What else can you bring??
● A wrapped gift for the gift exchange, $20 or less. A destash gift is fine as well. Gifts should be something that you might want to receive. No gag gifts, please!
● Exclusive to the holiday event: an antique wheel silent auction. Bring fun money (cash or check, please) to be ready to take her home.
● New this year is a Stash Basket Silent Auction. Please bring your unwanted but usable stash items to donate. Someone's discards are always someone else's treasures. Let's pile it up and have fun!
How can you help??? Volunteer!
● Come early to set up tables and chairs
● Be a greeter and help manage gifts, etc.
● Help organize the buffet tables
● Help clean up afterwards! We want to leave the church spic and span!
