Picnic & Dye Day 2008
Information

PURPOSE: To promote awareness of the art and craft of
handspinning in the community at large; and to give spinners
an opportunity to share, learn, educate and study.
 

Guild Events & Activities
  • The Colony Flyer newsletter published four times a year.

  • Monthly business meetings with educational programs or social spins.

  • Spinning demonstrations throughout the year at various fairs and exhibits.

  • Antique Spinning Wheel Showcase in March.

  • Spring Fleece Sale in April.

  • Spinning picnic in July.

  • Mini-Workshops in October.

  • Christmas Service project.

  • Christmas Party in early December.

Good fellowship, lots of information, sharing and FUN!!!

 

 

Meetings

When do we meet?

We meet at 7:30 pm every 4th Thursday of the month, except November and December, at the United Methodist Church at 1520 North Holly, Canby, Oregon.

Look for special location meetings in April and July.
